To be released Dec 10, 2020. For it’s ten-year anniversary The Winter of Mixed Drinks (2010) is being re-issued on blue vinyl along side a bonus 7″ vinyl. Pre-order here. The re-issue is contains the same material as the original, just pressed on blue vinyl. The bonus 7″ has live versions of ‘Things’ recorded at the Roundhouse, London, UK. December 7th 2016 and ‘The Wrestle’ recorded at The Grog Shop, Cleveland, OH, USA. May 5th 2010. If you were at one of those shows, lucky you.
From the beloved Scottish recording artists, The Winter of Mixed Drinks was written over seven weeks, in the coastal town of Crail, Fife, Scotland, and then primarily recorded at Castle Sound Studios, in Pencaitland, Scotland, 2009. Peter Katis – producer, Stuart Hamilton – recording, engineer and Alan Douches, Ben Feggans – mastering. Released on CD and LP in the US and UK by Fat Cat Records.
